Effective October 29, 2026
These terms cover your use of adhdfamilyshift.com and the products and coaching we provide through ADHD Family Shift. When you buy a product or book coaching, we ask you to agree to these terms before you complete your purchase or booking.
Who we are
ADHD Family Shift is a business name of Exceptional Kids, LLC, 140 S Main St, Ste 21, Collierville, TN 38017. You can reach us at [email protected] or (901) 810-2248.
Coaching and education, not medical care
Wendy Gregory is an ADHD and executive function coach, not a doctor, therapist or other licensed clinician. Everything on this site, in our guides, Playbooks, Toolkits, courses, emails and coaching is education and support. It is not medical, psychological or mental health advice. We do not diagnose, treat or give medication advice. Decisions about diagnosis and medication belong with your family and your child's healthcare providers.
Digital products and refunds
All digital products are final sale. Because you get instant access, we're not able to offer returns or refunds.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
If a download link doesn't work or you can't get into something you bought, email us and we'll fix it.
If you think a charge is wrong, email [email protected] so we can look into it. You can still contact your bank or card issuer and use any dispute rights available to you.
Coaching sessions
You must be at least 18 to buy a product or book coaching. Coaching clients sign a separate Coaching Agreement before coaching begins. It covers sessions, payment, cancellations, parent and guardian consent, confidentiality, and how notes, recordings and AI tools are used. If the Coaching Agreement and these terms ever differ about coaching, the Coaching Agreement applies.
Using our materials
What you buy or download is for your own family's use. Please don't resell, share, post or copy it for others. If you're a school or professional who wants to use our materials with groups, email us first.
Affiliate links
Some pages on our website contain links that may earn us a commission if you buy through them. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We only link things we'd recommend anyway.
Testimonials
Stories and quotes from families are shared with their permission. They reflect their experience and are not a promise of what yours will be.
Limits of our responsibility
We provide our site and materials as they are, without a promise that they will be error-free or meet every family's needs. To the extent the law allows, Exceptional Kids, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site, products or coaching. Nothing in these terms limits liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when the current version takes effect. Changes apply going forward and do not change the terms of an earlier purchase unless you agree or the law allows it.
Governing law
Tennessee law governs these terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise. These terms do not take away consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
