We collect information to deliver our products and emails, run coaching, understand website use, and measure and show ads. The tools below help us do that, and some receive information about your website activity for advertising.
What we collect
What you give us: your name and email when you take the quiz, download a free guide or join our emails; your quiz answers and results, which our quiz tool (Interact) sends to our email provider (Flodesk); billing details when you buy; and the information you share when you book or attend coaching.
What your browser shares: pages visited, device and browser type, and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools.
The tools that handle it
Showit and WordPress: Host our website and blog
Flodesk: Sends our emails and runs our sign-up forms
Interact: Runs the ADHD Family Pattern Quiz
ThriveCart: Runs our checkouts and course access. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Practice Better: Handles coaching bookings, sessions and client records
Google Analytics: Shows us how people use the site
Meta Pixel: Measures our Facebook and Instagram ads and can show our ads to past visitors
Metricool: Tracks website visits alongside our social media
ManyChat: Answers Instagram messages
Each tool has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep information
We keep purchase records for as long as we need them for taxes and accounting, generally seven years. We keep your information on our marketing email list until you unsubscribe. We keep an unsubscribe record so we do not send you marketing emails again. We may still send messages needed for your purchases or coaching bookings. Coaching records are covered by the Coaching Agreement.
How we protect information
Payments go through Stripe, so we never see your full card number. Our business computers run security software, and we use trusted providers for email and coaching records. No online service or storage system is completely secure.
How we use it
We use it to deliver what you signed up for or bought, send emails you agreed to, run coaching sessions, answer your questions, and improve our site and ads.
Your email choices
Our marketing emails have an unsubscribe link. Use it to stop marketing emails. We may still send messages needed for your purchases or coaching bookings.
Cookies and ad tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand website activity and the Meta Pixel to send website activity information to Meta for advertising measurement and audience building. These tools may collect information even when we are not running paid ads. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings and adjust ad personalization in your Facebook and Google account settings. Those settings may not stop every type of tracking.
Coaching client information
Coaching clients receive our Coaching Agreement before coaching begins. It explains how we handle session information and which outside tools we use. Clients make a separate yes/no choice about using Granola, Practice Better's AI features and Claude for transcription, notes and session planning. The agreement explains how to decline these tools or withdraw permission for future use. This Privacy Policy describes our website, product and email practices; the Coaching Agreement provides additional information about coaching records and session privacy.
Children
Our website, products and emails are intended for adults. Parents may share information about their children when arranging or receiving coaching. Children and teens may participate in coaching with permission from a parent or legal guardian who has authority to give it. Our Coaching Agreement provides additional information about children's session information. Before collecting personal information directly from a child under 13 online, we provide the required privacy notice and obtain verifiable parental consent where required by law. Parents can email [email protected] to ask to review or delete their child's information or stop further collection.
Questions or requests
To ask to see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may keep records needed to meet legal requirements or resolve disputes, as allowed by law. We will explain if we cannot fulfill a request.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when the current version takes effect. If a change requires notice or your consent, we will provide that notice or ask for consent before making the change.
