Table talk Blog
I'm not writing these posts from a stage. I'm writing them from my kitchen table, where ADHD runs through every generation, mine included.
This is where it all started. The research. The classes. The realization. The need to help others just like me. The kitchen table.
These are the stories I don't tell anywhere else. The mornings that fell apart. The moments I got it wrong. What was actually happening in my kid's brain, and mine, and the small shift that finally helped.
I write them so you'll know you're not the only one living this, and so you never have to figure it out alone at 11pm again. Because my goal with ADHD Family Shift has always been to be the person I once needed during my own family's ADHD journey.
So pull up a chair and join the conversation.

The Permission That Moved Me From Mourning to Purpose Table Talk #011 | By Wendy Gregory | ADHD Family Shift The Punchline First (You’re Welcome) Yes. Table Talk #009 | By Wendy Gregory | ADHD Family Shift The Punchline First (You’re Welcome) Your ADHD child explodes over small things because the small thing is rarely the real thing.
