We were under- supported

For years, I wondered why everyday life felt so much harder than it seemed to for everyone else.

Why was everyone in the house overwhelmed?

Why did the systems we tried never seem to stick?

Why did it feel like we were working so hard and still struggling?

What I eventually learned changed everything:

Our family wasn't failing.

Practical ADHD Family Systems for Everyday Life

That realization changed how I understood behavior, overwhelm, emotional regulation, routines, executive function, and the invisible pressure ADHD families carry every day.

Not overnight.
Not perfectly.
But differently.

And that difference changed everything.

The Shift

A Few Things That Shape My Work

As a former teacher, dyslexia interventionist, ADHD coach, and parent, I bring both professional knowledge and lived experience to my work.

I understand the research, but I also understand the dinner table, the morning rush, the forgotten backpacks, the emotional fallout, and the mental load that often comes with supporting an ADHD family.

My goal is to help families feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools they can actually use.

Support changes everything.

How I Help Families

Today I help ADHD families to move from surviving to calm(ish), with systems built for the way their brains actually work.

That looks different for every family. Sometimes it's one-on-one coaching, where we build the systems together: calmer routines, better communication, fewer daily battles, and support that holds on the hard days, not just the good ones. And sometimes it's my shelf of toolkits, for families who want the systems without the coaching: done-for-you plans for the mornings, the meltdowns, the homework, and the mental load, ready to use tonight.

Either way, the goal is the same. Less conflict. More understanding. A family that trusts itself again.

I'm a certified coach with additional certifications in ADHD Parent Coaching and Executive Function Coaching. In other words, this isn't just passion; it's training, backed by real tools and proven strategies.

I'm trained in the Dawson and Guare Smart but Scattered executive skills framework, the research-backed model I use with the families I coach.

So when we work together, you're getting more than encouragement. You're getting a coach who's equipped to help your family
