One of my greatest passions is helping teachers bring executive function strategies into their classrooms. Over and over, I meet dedicated educators who care deeply about their students but haven’t been given the training or tools to understand the critical role executive function plays in learning.
Executive function isn’t just something students “pick up” on their own—it’s a set of skills that can be taught, practiced, and strengthened, just like reading or math. When teachers know how to weave these skills into their everyday routines, the results are powerful. Students become more organized, more independent, and more engaged, while teachers gain smoother classrooms and more time to focus on teaching.
Through workshops, coaching, and practical resources, I equip teachers with strategies they can use right away to support planning, time management, working memory, and self-regulation. My goal is simple: empower teachers to help every student succeed by making executive function a natural part of the classroom experience.
