About executive skills coaching

Executive Function Coaching for Students & Adults

My journey into ADHD and executive function coaching began with my own family. Navigating diagnoses, misunderstandings, and everyday chaos made it clear—this is a whole-family challenge. That experience is the foundation of The ADHD Shift and continues to shape everything I do.

But I’ve also learned this:

Sometimes the family needs support as a unit…
And sometimes, an individual needs direct, focused help.

A student who’s drowning in school but doesn’t know how to ask for help.
A parent who keeps saying “I’ll start tomorrow” but never quite gets there.
An adult who’s tired of the chaos and ready for tools that actually work.

That’s where executive skills coaching comes in.
It’s about giving people the strategies and support they need to close the gap between intention and action—so they can finally move forward.

Who is it for?

This is Not Therapy. This is Not Tutoring.

This is coaching—a thought partner, a problem-solver, a guide.
It’s about building executive function skills that lead to more peace, more progress, and more purpose.
